Thread Rolling

We offer Thread Rolling and Knurling with 13 hand and high speed automatic Thread Rollers from #2 thru 1" diameter. Re-roll and Thread Repair is also available.

Centerless Grinding

Centerless Grinding is offered with 11 Grinders, capable of Profile and Thru-Feed grinding. All Centerless Grinders are equipped with automatic feeders. Centerless Grinding eliminates the need for centers or turning operations achieving a precision diameter and finish.

Cnc Turning

CNC turning from #2 thru 6” diameter up to 24” long. Some options include rapid prototyping, production, modification of standard product, and secondary machining.

Banjo Bolt Multiple Holes Clevis Pin Drilled and Taped

Drilling, Tapping, Milling, and Broaching for bolts, studs, rods, and fasteners. Capable of high volume production drilling with hole diameters from .020 to .500 up to 6” deep in a variety of fasteners, headed, turned, bent and cast parts thru, blind, pointed, & flat bottom drilling available with automatic feeders and flow and depth testing.
